Hello! My name is Lianne Gravitis and I AM The Doodle Dog Sitter - enthusiastically serving the Oakville area and beyond since 2014!
Growing up there was always a dog around to keep me company and enrich my life in such an amazing way. It is a connection that runs deep for me and has personally taught me what unconditional love really feels like. I absolutely LOVE animals, LOVE and need to be active, and I LOVE to be outdoors! I enjoy connecting with new people as well, so it almost felt inevitable that this little o’ business of mine has transpired.
It all began in 2013 after my beloved (yet slightly crazy) Shih Tzu named Maddie (aka. Moo Moo) passed away at the age of 12. Moo and I were two peas in a pod, and her passing shook me to my core. Once word caught wind that she had passed away, all my dear friends started asking me to take care of their own furbabies, which were mostly a Doodle of some sort, hence how the name The Doodle Dog Sitter came about! I felt very fortunate being able to take care of these pups, as I truly loved them all, and started to feel that an opportunity to do this for a living was staring me straight in the face. Thank goodness I followed this feeling, as I have truly found my calling.
I have close to 20 years of dog care experience, and have gathered experience over these years taking care of little kitties as well. I have mad cuddle skills, can administer medication if required, and I do my best to provide the best customer service possible. I can honestly say that I love every furry friend like they are my own, and do my absolute best to provide comfort, adventure and routine for each client.
